Accessibility Statement

Our commitment

Studio Amit Naor (the "studio" / "site") regards accessibility as an essential part of the service we provide. We believe every person should be able to use the site independently, with dignity and ease. The site is designed in accordance with the Israeli Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Act (Amendment No. 2), 2005, the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 2013, and Israeli Standard 5568 — Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, Level AA, which corresponds to international WCAG 2.0 AA.

Accessibility features

Keyboard navigation — every interactive element on the site is reachable using Tab, Shift+Tab, Enter and Escape.
Visible focus indicators — focused elements are clearly outlined in our terracotta accent colour.
Skip-to-content link — at the top of every page, allowing screen-reader users to bypass navigation.
Alt text on images — every meaningful image has a textual description.
ARIA labels — interactive regions are labelled for assistive technologies.
Semantic heading hierarchy — H1, H2, H3 ordered by meaning, not visual weight.
Sufficient colour contrast — body text meets 4.5:1 ratio, large text 3:1.
Reduced-motion respect — the site detects prefers-reduced-motion and disables transitions/animations for users who request it.
Readable type — base 16px+, generous line-height, comfortable letter-spacing.
Built-in font-size and contrast controls — accessible via the floating button at the bottom-left of every page.

The studio itself

The studio operates by appointment only. When booking, you may request additional accommodations in writing or by phone (parking, physical access, accompaniment, sign-language interpreter). We will make every effort to arrange them in reasonable time.

Reporting an accessibility issue

If you encounter content or a function on the site that you couldn't use, please tell us. We treat each report seriously and aim to respond within two working days.

Known limitations

Despite our efforts some elements may not yet be fully accessible, or may include third-party content beyond our direct control (embedded video, etc.). Known limitations as of this update:

The hero background video carries no audio description and no captions. The video is purely visual studio footage and does not convey verbal content.
Certain UI animations are automatically disabled when the user's system requests prefers-reduced-motion.

This statement was last updated in May 2026, and is reviewed at least once a year.

סטודיו עמית נאור (להלן "הסטודיו" / "האתר") רואה בנגישות חלק בלתי-נפרד מהשירות שהוא מספק. אנו מאמינים שכל אדם זכאי להשתמש באתר באופן עצמאי, בכבוד ובנוחות. האתר מותאם בהתאם לחוק שוויון זכויות לאנשים עם מוגבלות (תיקון מס' 2), תשס"ה-2005 ותקנות שוויון זכויות לאנשים עם מוגבלות (התאמות נגישות לשירות), תשע"ג-2013, כפי שעודכנו, ובהתאם לתקן הישראלי 5568 — קווים מנחים לנגישות תכנים באינטרנט, ברמה AA, התואם את WCAG 2.0 AA הבינלאומי.

אמצעי נגישות באתר

נכון לתאריך עדכון הצהרה זו, האתר תומך בתכונות נגישות הבאות:

ניווט במקלדת בלבד — ניתן לנווט בכל מרכיבי האתר באמצעות מקש Tab, Shift+Tab, Enter ו-Escape.
סימון מיקוד ויזואלי ברור — כל אלמנט אינטראקטיבי שמקבל מיקוד מוקף במסגרת בולטת בצבע טראקוטה.
קישור "דלג לתוכן" — מאפשר למשתמשי קוראי-מסך לדלג על אזורי הניווט ולהגיע ישירות לתוכן.
תיאור חלופי לתמונות (alt text) — לכל תמונה מתוארת חלופית טקסטואלית.
תוויות ARIA — אזורים אינטראקטיביים מתויגים לקוראי-מסך (aria-label, role).
היררכיית כותרות סמנטית — H1, H2, H3 מסודרים לפי משמעות, לא לפי מראה.
ניגודיות צבעים מספקת — טקסט הגוף עומד בדרישת ניגודיות 4.5:1 לעיניים תקינות, וטקסט גדול ב-3:1.
כיבוד "פחות תנועה" — האתר מזהה את הגדרת המערכת prefers-reduced-motion ומבטל אנימציות עבור משתמשים שקבעו זאת.
טקסט נגיש בקריאה — גודל פונט בסיסי 16px ומעלה, גובה שורה 1.6+, מרווח אותיות מותאם.
תמיכה בהגדלת גופן — דרך כפתור הנגישות בפינת המסך, אפשר להגדיל את הגופן עד 150% וליצור ניגודיות גבוהה.

הסדרי נגישות בסטודיו עצמו

הסטודיו פתוח בתיאום מראש בלבד. בעת תיאום פגישה ניתן לבקש בכתב או בטלפון התאמות נגישות נוספות (מקום חניה, נגישות פיזית, ליווי, מתורגמן/ית לשפת סימנים). הצוות יעשה כל מאמץ לספק את ההתאמות בתוך זמן סביר.

תקלת נגישות באתר?

אם נתקלת בתוכן או פעולה שלא הצלחת לבצע באתר, אנא דווח/י לנו. נטפל בפנייה תוך זמן סביר ונחזור אליך עם פתרון או חלופה.

מגבלות ידועות

חרף מאמצינו, ייתכנו רכיבים מסוימים באתר אשר טרם הונגשו במלואם, או רכיבים שאינם בשליטתנו (תכנים חיצוניים מוטמעים, וידאו של צד שלישי). אנו פועלים לתיקון כל מגבלה ידועה בהקדם האפשרי. מקרים ידועים נכון להיום:

סרטון רקע בעמוד הבית — איננו כולל תיאור קולי ולא מציג כתוביות. הסרטון מציג חזותית את הסטודיו ואינו נושא תוכן מילולי.
אנימציות UI מסוימות — הוסרו אוטומטית למשתמשים שהפעילו prefers-reduced-motion.

מועד פרסום וחתימה

הצהרת הנגישות עודכנה לאחרונה ב-מאי 2026. הצהרה זו תיבחן ותעודכן מעת לעת, ובכל מקרה אחת לשנה לפחות.
